Compliance with US Customs

To ensure compliance with US customs, a range of previously available products are not currently able to ship to the United States including sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, candles, etc. This is either because the products in question are not manufactured in Canada, or they are manufactured in Canada but not CUSMA compliant, or because they are made in Canada but I haven't been able to obtain a certificate of origin from the manufacturer to prove compliance with CUSMA. 

For the moment, this includes products by:

• Attitude (documentation unavailable)
• Mother Earth Essentials (documentation unavailable)
• Muji (made in Japan)
• Natrapel (made in USA)
• Nippon Kodo (made in Japan)
• Omega (made in Italy)
• Rockwell (made in China using Swedish steel)
• Tweezerman (made in Germany and India)
• Velour (made in China)

This also includes product packaging accessories sold without Just the Goods formulas (ie. bottle pumps, deodorant refill bottles, etc. must be purchased with corresponding skin/body care products).

Skin care tools and accessories made in China are no longer available to ship (i.e. stainless steel gua sha and comedone removal tools). Raw materials are also no longer available to ship (i.e. bottles of rose water; made in Canada, but I do not have access to CUSMA compliance documentation).

As of September 3 I have been able to return Jack59 and GroundSoap products to justthegoods.net for US clients. Urban Earth Tea was also restored to the catalogue in November. I hope to add more Canadian makers and will keep you informed.
