Named after the action "to breathe into", Inspire recognizes that taking deep breaths to calm and clear is a large part of focusing and grounding to undertake thoughtful work. This tea tastes sweet and green.

Ingredients:

licorice root, anise seed, coltsfoot, violet leaf, red clover blossom, and hyssop.

Preparation:

1 tsp (2.1g)/cup, twice daily for a max of 6 weeks.  Avoid during pregnancy and while breastfeeding and in the case of liver disease.

Note:

In Canada, Coltsfoot is considered to be safe to consume as long as the dose of pyrrolizidine alkaloids falls under the established recommended daily limits. Inspire tea falls well below those limits. For example, you would have to consume eight 100g bags of Inspire tea per kilogram of body weight per day to achieve the lowest levels of alkaloids that produced toxicity in documented testing [conducted historically] on animals. There have been no confirmed cases of Coltsfoot toxicity in humans.
