Just the Goods has searched long and hard to find a healthier shampoo option that leaves hair feeling much like it does when using conventional products. But I had other strict criteria in mind, too. The brand needed to be: plant-based, vegan, certified cruelty-free, labelled with ingredient transparency in mind, independently owned, affordable, open to all genders, and it furthermore needed to *not* make gimmicky claims. Narrowing down beyond that, I purchased and tried oh-so-many products, but I was thrilled to discover something that was only one province away... The Green Beaver Company, based in Hawkesbury, Ontario!
All products are Eco-Cert certified, certified vegan and cruelty-free by PETA and The Green Beaver Company has taken Environmental Defence's Just Beautiful pledge.
From The Green Beaver Company's website: "If your hair needs some TLC, look no further than our all-natural ultra moisturizing coconut conditioner!
